Pepian

Pepian is a stew made with chicken meat and vegetables stewed in a delicious tomatoes, peppers and onion-based errand that serve as the base for the sauce. The guaque and raising chiles add a lot of flavor and a delicate spicy touch. Served with white rice. Accompanied with tortillas.
